My husband just finished therapy with Logan, from OT, after major wrist surgery. He taught my husband many things to help him resume independent activities with less pain. My husband appreciated his knowledge, expertise and humor to help get through the pain. His wrist feels pretty good now. And he said, “I’d recommend Logan to anyone.”
Tried to cancel appointment because having chest pain and I was told to call back. I feel this is very wrong, if your having a heart attack doesn't matter to them if your having medical problems.
My Therapy experience was top notch. I liked they had a team that worked together. I had a difficult time getting muscle tone I lost during the quarantine. I had rotator cuff surgery. As far as the ladies that checked me in, I cannot imagine either one being unprofessional. They knew me by name, since I was there for longer than usual. The equipment is for all different needs. During this Covid cleaning, everything was wiped every time it was used. These therapists know their jobs.
