My experience at this clinic with JACQUELINE KENOLY and Adrianna (unsure of her exact role—possibly a front desk manager) was extremely disappointing and upsetting. My little brother left the appointment visibly uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. Once we got in the car, he told me he felt dismissed, disrespected and UNCOMFORTABLE during his visit. The receptionist was very friendly. My nurse and NP were very caring and empathetic, putting me at ease during my visit. Thanks to all of you at this clinic!
Son was being examined by Dr. Kenoly which this is our first encounter with this doctor in the express care. I absolutely DO NOT like to feel that we are a burden that we shouldn’t have interrupted her down time to come see what was going on with my son. Really nasty attitude. I have 4 children that are teenagers now and I have been here quite a few times over the years and I have never had an issue with any of them until now.
