How is this place still operational? The bad reviews outweigh the few good. It's like playing Russian roulette going to this place. Better go to the ER... St. Francis to be exact.
Went in to see them over a non healing multi bee sting on my foot and leg area it was swelled up and red and I could not walk on it Dr Phillips shouldn't or is not qualified to look at a bad fingernail did not prescribe any antibiotic and it's clearly infected said take Claritin and keep your foot in the air that is not where I'd like to put my foot the next day it's absolutely worse and I'm on my way to the emergency room to try to find a doctor that is more qualified then Dr Phillips at the 29th and croco road location
My experience at this clinic with JACQUELINE KENOLY and Adrianna (unsure of her exact role—possibly a front desk manager) was extremely disappointing and upsetting. My little brother left the appointment visibly uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. Once we got in the car, he told me he felt dismissed, disrespected and UNCOMFORTABLE during his visit. The receptionist was very friendly. My nurse and NP were very caring and empathetic, putting me at ease during my visit. Thanks to all of you at this clinic!
