On March 31, 2025 i took my husband to Cotton O'Neil Urgent Care around 7:30p.m. He saw Cesali Shaver PA. she wanted to get him started on an antibiotic asap. And our pharmacy was already closed. So she said I will send it into Walgreens pharmacy on 10th and Topeka since they stay open till 10:00p.m. I waited almost an hour before I went to pick up to make sure they had enough time to fill it. Lady at front desk was very rude and needs to learn to smile, was just making small talk and she was very sarcastic and rude. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.
Wasted my time coming in. Did absolutely nothing to help me and refused to answer a question I had about another injury that would've taken less than a minute to answer. Definitely will not be going back here.
Don’t go here. Office only hires nurses and they can’t make referrals to doctors or specialists. APRN Alexandria Braun is extremely belittling and unprofessional. Ultimately useless because she couldn't refer me help due to the fact she didn’t think I was sick. Concluded after 90 seconds entering the room and an inaccurate work up. She couldn’t hear anything in my lungs even though I can feel my ribcage rattle with my hands, it’s difficult to breathe and I cough up green.
