They get you in that's about the only thing I could say. I don't think Dr Phillips understands I'm 65 years old I know when there's a problem and I went there today with a problem a 4-day-old bee sting on my ankle that had my ankle so swelled up I can't hardly walk on it she says put my foot in the air I would like to put my foot somewhere else.

Just go elsewhere if you can. The front office staff is just rude and lazy. Ended up leaving before even being seen. When my hand is swelling and my husband asked if they have an ice pack and they don’t know or think so. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
Weekend front desk older woman has zero compassion. No nice greeting just “date of birth” in an annoyed tone. Even the provider seemed put off that she had to be working on a Sunday and all but threw her hands up at us telling us to just get an appointment with our normal doctor next week. So much for “urgent” and “compassionate” care.
On March 31, 2025 i took my husband to Cotton O'Neil Urgent Care around 7:30p.m. He saw Cesali Shaver PA. she wanted to get him started on an antibiotic asap. And our pharmacy was already closed. So she said I will send it into Walgreens pharmacy on 10th and Topeka since they stay open till 10:00p.m. I waited almost an hour before I went to pick up to make sure they had enough time to fill it.
