How could they improve? Get rid of the awful management company that runs it. They will intimidate and harass you! DO NOT LIVE HERE! So many other better options in Roanoke. BEWARE!
RecommendedAbsolutely gorgeous loft apartment! Sparkling clean, beautiful decor and fabulous kitchen. Situated inside a converted Cotton Mill - beautiful!
I have tried emailing and calling to express my interest in these apartments with the hopes to sign a lease and have received no response. I have sent 5 emails and called more than 20 times leaving at least 6 voicemails.
As recent transplants from Columbia, SC, my husband and I were first introduced to the CitySpace team and properties by Candace Reeves. With her expert assistance by phone and email, we were immediately drawn to The Cotton Mill Lofts. Following our first site tour led by Property Manager Debra Daniel, we knew we'd found our new home! I lived there for 5 yrs. Moved out and thought I could find something cheaper. Wrong. After a yr , I am moving back in mid Aug. Love the Cotton mill. I just walk across the street and I am at work. Wow
