I would not recommend Cotton Funeral Home in East Orange, NJ. My experience was disappointing due to a lack of communication and professionalism during an already difficult time. The staff did not provide important information that families may not know to ask about. When people are grieving, they rely on the funeral home to explain the process, discuss available options, and make sure nothing important is overlooked.
