Do NOT use this funeral home if you do want peace during your time of mourning. I was not happy with the services for my mother or uncle that were done here. If my cousin hadn’t jumped in and made these arrangements without consulting me when my mother passed, I would have used Woody’s. I just left a service for one of my mother’s oldest and dearest friends. Cotton Funeral Home provided excellent service during a very difficult time for our family. The staff was professional, caring, and respectful from start to finish. A special thank-you to Susan for her kindness and patience, and to the limousine chauffeur for his courtesy. Everything was handled with dignity and compassion. Fortunately, the service went well. Sadly, however, we had an incident where cards from family and friends were left behind at the funeral home. When we went to the funeral home the next day to retrieve the cards, three or four of them were missing, and one of the two cards had been opened. The supervisor on site admitted that they opened the card, assuming it was for them, despite it being addressed to our family.
