Fortunately, the service went well. Sadly, however, we had an incident where cards from family and friends were left behind at the funeral home. When we went to the funeral home the next day to retrieve the cards, three or four of them were missing, and one of the two cards had been opened. The supervisor on site admitted that they opened the card, assuming it was for them, despite it being addressed to our family. Worst place to use for your family been calling for 2 days to speak to the OWNER FOR MY COMPLAINTS the nasty receptionist will not even give me the managers name .. SCAMMERS that truly take advantage Hmmm
The absolute WORST place you could ever go bar none. If I told what happened to me it would get deleted. Probably get deleted anyway. A professional liar & scammer works here. A deviant. No integrity whatsoever. The actual opposite of integrity. If you listen closely you can hear the misery and dejection in her voice. I think she is an actual worker for the Devil. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
