The quality of the service here is very inconsistent. I had a teeth cleaning and exam last week and it went great. However, when I asked about the free teeth whitening included with the membership plan (right after I paid for the membership plan), the brunette woman who looks like a hummingbird told me that I didn't need an appointment for it (which sounded weird to me, but okay) and that she would just "make a note for next week because it takes like five minutes."
