Great customer service . I'm one who likes to be kept in the loop on things and they kept me updated every step of the way on the transmission repair for my truck!
For 20+ years I have been looking for a mechanic that is honest and fair, with very little luck. I expected the same when I called Cottman but what I got instead was a fair price with honest work. They told me what was wrong, fixed it that day and didn't try and over sell me on things I didn't need. I truly felt they were up front and honest with me, I won't be going anywhere else but Cottman from here on out.
Totally recommend Cottman to anyone looking to get their cars worked on! My car's transmission was literally on its last leg before taking it in and it drives now like new. Not only did they fix my transmission, but they also fixed everything else on my car that needed fixed. Service was impeccable and I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. Very very pleased!!

I was told to drop by Cottman and they will take care of me... They were right... I have found a place I can take my vehicles and know they will work toward the common goal of my issue and come up with a solution for now and down the road....
