This place is awesome they are honest and reasonable on pricing a lot cheaper than the dealer and other companies quoted me and for the average joe like me I couldn't afford the repair but they offered me financing for 6 months I got approved and am able to comfortably pay for the transmission with out breaking the bank!!!!. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen!!! I was lied to multiple times by multiple people. I was told the my first trip in there I would have my vehicle back in 24 hours and it took 10 days. Only reason there was a 2nd trip there was because 6 months later the problem was back! Was told 3 days this time and it took 5 and both times my vehicle came back in pieces. They left the radiator hose off, support bracket off, screws holding the antifreeze res off and more! I love this place!!!! Every repair they have made for me, they have stood behind it! After putting a new engine in my Charger, rechecking it a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was running good, I asked about my tire that was wearing badly and they said it needed a front end alignment! They got it done for free!!! Always very nice and helpful. The only bad thing I have to say would be that they didn't always call me, I had to call them to check progress. Other than that....FABULOUS!!!!

Service is horrible. ..had to take my jeep back at least 4 times to have them fix things they should of done the first time... one of the things was a leak and it was never really fixrd, I just got tired of taking it back.. my husband just looked at me jeep and seen they just caulked it instead of replacing the seal... and the broke the cable to my 4 wheel drive shifter and zip tied it back together. .. total shifty work... would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. ...
Unfortunately I really can not give a review since I had been waiting for 2 months to get a call back with an estimate on repairs. I was told every time I called someone would get back to me. I was left in tears today because of the disrespect from the employees. They say they strive to give customer satisfaction but that is something I will NEVER find out as I have taken our vehicle elsewhere and it will be fixed by tomorrow.
