Every shop was telling me i needed a NEW transmission which was gunna be around $2,000-5,000, i took it up to cottmans and they told me it was just the computer programming, $400 is all i spent to get my car to switch into 4th gear! (i have a 2010 Ford Focus) HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was very pleased today when I visited for a diagnostic check. They were kind and honest. The only thing wrong with my car was it was lacking oil. They put the oil in took it for a test drive and all was good. They added 4 qts of oil to test it out and after the free diagnostics asked if I would pay for the oil. Of course I did I was ecstatic. Going back next week for diagnostics on my check engine light. Very pleased.
They were very nice over the phone and in person. I could tell they were busy, but still made time to do a diagnostic check for me and tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. No charge! I had an auto shop in my neighborhood tell me they wanted $60 just to check my tranny fluid and turns out that wasnt even the problem. i will definately be recommending them and will be going back myself. thank you cottmans!
These guys are legit! They will treat you right and charge you fairly! If you have a car in need of repair take it to Cottman!
