743 days ago I started an adventure with Dr. Cottingham and her Fluffy Band of Sweet and Caring Swashbucklers! They were in for a huge challenge with me but I was promised that they would be with me all the way! The predetermined trek was to be long and treacherous but there IS comfort in their calm and caring approach. They rose to the occasion and TODAY I am rewarded with a bright new smile! Thank you all so much for I will never be the same!
Dr. Cottingham is an excellent Orthodontist! She is very personable and caring with her patients, spends a great amount of time answering all questions and, most importantly, provides impeccable results with her Orthodontic treatments. I give her my highest recommendations!

Dr. Cottingham is an artist. She starts at the source of the issue and gets things done right, and beautifully so. It's a wonderful sight to see your teenager smile at you with confidence. Dr. Cottingham's office is truly respectful of your time, as well. A very efficient staff, always getting us in and out quickly. I would recommend Dr. Cottingham to anyone who values quality, efficiency and respect.
Dr. Cottingham is fabulous! Her staff is equally as friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment with her as quickly as I had hoped and had my braces on faster than expected.
dr. cottingham was very sweet and wanted to help with every problem i had. the staff is wonderful and make sure that i am comfortable the whole time.
Dr. Cottingham is great, the best in the business! Very easy to work with and quick to get you in. They have payment plans for those of us without the $5000+ it cost to get braces hiding in our sofa, and are very professional and understanding with everything they do! They have two offices and are a sure bet for anyone living on the west-side!
procedure was explained on current patient time. pain was low. cost did not equal accessiblity to dr. some bills were in question insurance was not an issue answering machine was reached in after hours emergencies i had to call back during office hours. dr has good chair side manner. hygenist rating scale (1=worst 10=best) 6 on an average visit and 7 when trying hard. can use more trainging or assitance from dr. front desk is good help i would hire her for self
