Went in today to replace two old fillings that were long overdue for updating and ended up finding that one of the teeth was broken and really just had to be pulled. Though extraction is never anyone's favorite option, it went smoothly and they were just so wonderful and gentle and compassionate. Also so great that they offer various forms of wakeful sedation so I was able to take advantage of some nitrous gas to take the edge off. The visit was lots of fun listening to Doctor Cherry brag about his Gators and kidding me about dropping a dental instrument down my mouth because I was a Seminole. Seriosly it is nice to see a dentist that gets along so well with his patients and his dental assistants. It not my favorite place to be, but Dr. Cherry and his staff make it a real pleasure. Had an incident with a crown in the morning. Dr. Cherry was able to get me and fix my problem a few hours later. I was grateful I did not have to wait a day or two.
I have been going to Dr. Cherry's office for years and now I take my 10 year old twins there too. They are very patient and great with us all.
