I apologize for the delay in submitting this review. About a month ago, our filter and fire alarm batteries were replaced. During that time, I informed Phil from maintenance about a water leak under my kitchen sink. He assured me he would return to address the issue, and he did so promptly. A few days later, Ashley contacted me to follow up and confirm that the maintenance had been completed. I greatly appreciated both Phil's dedication and the thorough follow-up from Ashley.
Ashley is very helpful she does her job very well.
