I apologize for the delay in submitting this review. About a month ago, our filter and fire alarm batteries were replaced. During that time, I informed Phil from maintenance about a water leak under my kitchen sink. He assured me he would return to address the issue, and he did so promptly. A few days later, Ashley contacted me to follow up and confirm that the maintenance had been completed. I greatly appreciated both Phil's dedication and the thorough follow-up from Ashley.
Ashley is very helpful she does her job very well.
Ashley is one of the best office managers we have had in a while. She's curtious and polite. Always willing to offer a helping hand when she can.
Ashley and Kim in the office are great and processed my paperwork to move in quickly and maintenance is quick and efficient with everything I’ve needed them for. I highly recommend The Cottages of Martinsburg!
