The Cottages at Great Bridge fails at maintenance. My elderly mother has not had a working refrigerator in more than 3 weeks. Three weeks without a refrigerator! The buildings are filthy and need to be power-washed. The office staff do not appear to be experienced in dealing with senior citizens and their legitimate complaints. There are other issues, but I want to keep this brief. The positives are the location and the community feels safe.

Maintenance man Gerry comes in apt when he knows I’m not home and he wasn’t supposed to come in, but he let himself in anyway. He also likes to come in and break your items and not pay for it. What kind of fair Is that. And if he doesn’t like you, he will say oh well you have a door or anything that needs to be fixed he says, or tells me anyway that my item is the only one in the building and he has to look into getting it fixed, which he never does.
