I’d like to give a big “shout out” & a “pat on the back” to Marcus! He’s assisted me with a few needed repairs here in my Cottage. He did an excellent job, was friendly, polite and professional. And as an added bonus, Marcus cleaned up after the repairs were done! Marcus is a great asset to our Cottage community and I so appreciate all he does for myself & my neighbors!
The Cottages at Great Bridge fails at maintenance. My elderly mother has not had a working refrigerator in more than 3 weeks. Three weeks without a refrigerator! The buildings are filthy and need to be power-washed. The office staff do not appear to be experienced in dealing with senior citizens and their legitimate complaints. There are other issues, but I want to keep this brief. The positives are the location and the community feels safe.
