Maintenance man Gerry comes in apt when he knows I’m not home and he wasn’t supposed to come in, but he let himself in anyway. He also likes to come in and break your items and not pay for it. What kind of fair Is that. And if he doesn’t like you, he will say oh well you have a door or anything that needs to be fixed he says, or tells me anyway that my item is the only one in the building and he has to look into getting it fixed, which he never does. I hope the new management makes things better for the tenants. Very disappointed at this point in how things have been handled because of lack of management.
