I was highly interested in moving to Basswoods Landing Apartments after being verbally assured multiple times by two leasing agents that the apartment I applied for included an 8-week free rent promotion. Based entirely on this reassurance, I paid nearly $500 in application and administrative fees between my sister and I. LMAO! I’m sorry but reading these great reviews prompted me to finally leave an HONEST review. I wasn’t going to and was going to just let it go, but I can’t. When we first moved in they would give you a “special” if you left a good review; which I can see is most likely happening again (they’ll deny it). Let me start out by saying we lived here 2.5 years ago and it was the BEST decision to leave.
