I have been a resident of Basswood Landings (Emerald Cove) for a few years. Basswood Landings has become a community of friends that are almost like family. The office staff are courteous and helpful when there is a concern. Most importantly, I feel safe here. There are activities for the residents that help build community. The office manager, Kristina is available to listen and assist with solutions that are for the common good. She has made several changes that have made my living here better.
I am so happy to have found a home at Basswood! The leasing office has been on top of everything, the surrounding area stays clean and refreshed, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I also want to ensure the maintenance team gets the proper love, especially Alvin! I appreciate everything the team here has done for me, and I am excited for my time here so far. Thanks, team!
Chaz, Alvin, and jeadin always do the best they can to help me and my wife with everything I need and I greatly appreciate it my maintenance guys are the best 10 out of 10 always recommend love these guys!!!
