I’m not sure how they have a 4star rating because maintenance sucks. They changed the internet after having us buy $100+ router just for the new internet to go out every other week for hours at a time. They don’t want you to have a grill but never clean the grill by the pool. Parking sucks. Lived here for 3years not once did the air filters get changed by maintenance had to do it myself. Toilets are so old that the tank continuously drains and refills causing water bill to be extremely high. And car break-in happen at least ... read more
The wifi sucks here. They make you pay for mereo fiber but it’s slow and has outages ALL THE TIME. The outages last multiple hours or days with no communication of when it will be restored. Do not move here if you work from home or rely on having good wifi.
PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE! DONT! It’s the WORST APARTMENT I have ever had. Yes they have amenities but the staff sucks. They have the worst customer service ever! Hopefully if you move in, you wont need them for every maintenance issue that comes with this place. Maintenance can’t fix anything. They come in, act like they are working and will leave you with the problem unresolved. If you move in, I hope you are a repair service. Every time something needs attention, he shows up quickly, works efficiently, and always has a great attitude. He’s respectful, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure things are done right.
