Adam, Bethany, and Mrs. KrisTina have been wonderful to work with during my move-in process! They were patient with me throughout some initial hiccups, and were very knowledgeable and responsive on the best way to move forward! Great place to stay, especially if you live on the lake side. Maintenance is very responsive and the neighborhood is very safe and people are friendly. Alvin Moore, and I can't remember the name of the other young man that manages the maintenance requests with him, is always super fast to respond to our maintenance requests and handles them well every time. I moved into this apartment complex about three weeks ago, and while there are some positives, there are some important issues for other renters to consider. The community itself is clean, feels safe, and the location is a big plus, I really enjoy the area. However, our AC has not been working since we moved in and still hasn’t been fixed, which has been extremely uncomfortable for my roommates, our pets and I in the Georgia heat. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. Me and two other roommates moved in March 16, 2026. It is now April 13, 2026. For 28 days we have been without working air conditioning, which we put in a work order initially in on March 17th. For the price that we pay at this complex, it’s ridiculous that a basic amenity such as AC has taken this long to be fixed. Honestly at this point, even when (if) the air conditioning gets fixed, how I feel about living here is unsatisfactory.
Freezer has been broken for months and after several maintenance requests the excuse is just that we have to create space for airflow which we have never had to do in the past. Or they will “recalibrate” the refrigerator. The ice machine won’t even make ice cubes and has even blown out hot air. Don’t waste your time here. The quality of people in all the ways has dropped drastically.
