Last week first time with Cottage care , Very very bad experience!!! Cleaning companies are suppose to be professional. There should be a dress code like hair tied back if long, no long nails , wear gloves and shoe covers, proper cleaning supply. First visit to a new home they should be given a list of TO DO LIST. After Covid every one understands how much hygiene is important. One of the two had thick long hair not tided and one inch long artificial nail. We’ve used CottageCare for years and are very satisfied. They work with us on scheduling, accommodate our requests, and we are very pleased with the cleaning people in general . They go to serious lengths to send us the same crew regularly, as we have requested. The current cleaners do an excellent job and willingly accommodate our specific requests.
