I had a Christmas arrangement sent to my sister in Lakewood. I paid for a premium arrangement through Teleflora and what was received was very disappointing. I understand that substitutions may be made, but when I was sent a picture of the arrangement, it was mostly greenery and few flowers and not even close to what I ordered.
