Do not move here. Would rate a zero if I could. Dishwasher was broken since moving in, no one came to look at it until recently when they had to come look at my AC unit. I've been without central AC for two weeks now, they keep saying they're fixing it and don't. They gave me one window unit for my 3 bed 2 bath apartment. It is still 90 degrees. They refuse to give me any discount on rent despite me only having one livable room for half the month and my power bill being doubled as a result of the AC failure. Kids dump trash ... read more
The A/C was out for the entire month of August while I was nine months pregnant. I waited six months for a dishwasher that was never installed. There was mold in every window due to poor sealing. Plumbing was loud all day with very weak water pressure. Noise from the upstairs neighbor was constant.We even tried talking to her and her response was “whatever”. It woke up my children regularly, and even the neighbor below me could hear it.
The community seems nice, could be better. So I can't complain about the other tenants. As for the management... They are extremely slow at completing repairs. They increase the rent every year, which is really ridiculous for those they know are on fixed incomes. There seems to be no one who comes around to clean the trash up around the properties. And you will be lucky if you find the pool open. Parking can be a pain especially for handicapped parking as there's very limited handicapped spaces.
