Since my family and I have been living here, our experience has been nothing short of great. The ladies in the front office, Tabitha and Autumn, have gone above and beyond in helping us. Maintenance is always quick to respond to and complete work orders, and the area overall is very quiet. With all the remodeling they’ve been doing, the community is looking better than ever and truly feels like a comfortable, livable place to call home.
The new management company is doing an amazing job upgrading the property and the new staff is awesome as well. Super friendly, gets back to the tenants in a timely and professional manner. I have been here for 3 years now and with the new management and staff, I don’t want to leave. My neighbors are also friendly and I never have any complaints about my neighbors.
My uncle applied here it took them a entire 10 days after they gave him a move in date & address just to deny him after he had already been approved he was expected to move in on the 12th because our family home was sold now he has to find somewhere else after waiting so long for them
I just wanted to say that the new management company has been doing a phenomenal job since taking over. The level of responsiveness and care has been outstanding. I submitted a maintenance ticket for my AC and heating unit, and it was fully replaced within a week — faster than I ever expected. Thank you for the excellent service and for truly taking care of your residents. It’s greatly appreciated!
Before the new management came in I would’ve rated lower but they have definitely made a lot of improvements that I’m grateful for especially with how quick they are with the maintenance and the friendly/helpful office staff
