This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have referred countless friends, family members, and clients who have also booked stays here. Because of that history, I never expected to be treated this way. We experienced a genuine family emergency that forced us to leave early and requested a refund for our unused Sunday and Monday nights. This place is the pure definition of "didn't expect much and you'll be surprised by how nice it is!". Our two rooms were both simple one room cottages with a king bed, indoor and outdoor seating areas, a full size soaking tub and roomy bathroom. Numerous niceties were included in each room ... Yoga mats, a picnic basket/cooler for out wine trips, mini fridge, fireplace, and more. Was very excited to stay here but never got the chance. Please check the cancellation and deposit policy before you book. To modify or cancel your reservation without penalty, you have to do so with 7 days or more notice. If you modify or cancel within 7 days, your deposit is forfeit ($340 in my case). If cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation, you must pay the full price of the booking. I don't even know where to start. This place completely exceeded every expectation. My boyfriend and I had the most magical stay in the cutest cottage, and from the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping onto the set of a Nancy Meyers movie.
