OVERCHARGE FOR MOVE OUT Cottage grove charges insane move out fees for "damages" they find in your room. My room was spotless and cleaned it myself and yet they charged me for cleaning of the room and for holes in the wall even though I covered them up myself and in the lease it doesn't mention anything about holes having to be covered up in general. Cottage Grove These apartments may look like the cutest place to live but don't be fooled. Yes living in your own little house is definitely a plus but there are too many negatives that outweigh the good. Utility overages are ridiculous, you will pay $20-$50 every month. I moved into an apartment that had fleas and took weeks to get rid of. Your also pretty far away from everything in Gainesville. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone.
