RecommendedI highly recommend cottage car sales. They were super helpful in buying a car and I was able to do most of it over the phone. They helped me find the best financing options and were honest about the process not trying to sell me all of this extra unneeded stuff on the back end. They were extremely friendly and I can tell they take customer service very seriously. Great family owned business!
We’ve now purchased 3 cars over the last 8 years from Cottage Car Sales. They are a joy to work with: fair and friendly. No haggling, great financing options, well-priced trade ins, and excellent quality vehicles. The first car I purchased is one that I still have, and works perfectly with normal oil changes and tires. With COVID, we thought we’d have to buy from Carvana or something, but instead we just refreshed the website everyday until Cottage was open again. We love these guys!

The staff never made us feel hurried or pressured as we test drove several cars and took our time in making a decision. The buying process was fast and easy and we feel like we got a great deal on a quality car!
I have purchased three vehicles throughout the years from this lot. After I bought my second car from them I knew that I'd come back. Sure enough I did a few months back. Never had an issue in regards to the mechanics of any of the three besides the basic wear and tear. Staff is very helpful and kind, as well the cars are AMAZINGLY clean.

I have bought two quality vehicles from this lovely family business. They put their customers first by offering to have your own mechanic evaluate cars from their inventory. Although their haggle-free policy means they don't negotiate on price, I have always found their prices very reasonable for the quality. As long as I live in the Louisville area, I will always look here first for any auto needs I have. It truly is a pleasure doing business with them.
