After more than 30 years as a patient of this clinic and its predecessors, I was confronted with the worst interaction of all. When I asked for a phone call explanation from my doctor's nurse as to why I needed a blood draw two days before scheduled in-patient surgery, I received no call, and, when speaking to the nurse in the office, she lied about calling me and referenced another staff doctor to provide me results. Has to be the most unorganized business ever. They have a lot of room to improve in the customer service area. They should give me a paycheck for as much as I had to work to get them to send my prior authorization in.
