I work for a wealthy individual who tasked me to buy used BMW 7 series for me to drive him around in. I had a hard time dealers taking me seriously, but not at Cotroneo Auto Group. Ken Cotroneo was very friendly, listened to me and took me seriously. We bought 2013 BMW 750 LI from them. Buying experience was best I've ever experienced. Car was in excellent shape and as advertised on their web site.

I recently had a pleasant buying experience buying a Porsche with Cotroneo. They sell used cars but they are by no means a used car dealership in the traditional sense. In fact, their professionalism and service easily match Porsche dealerships, but the attention and intimacy of dealing with a smaller shop puts them over the top. I bought a 2014 Range Rover Sport from Mike and Ken. As with any internet transaction, I was nervous about the condition of the vehicle, since you can't see everything in photos. Mike assured me that the vehicle was in pristine condition. Purchased a pre-owned car from Ken at Cotroneo Auto Group in Addison, Texas. The car, as described on the web, was exactly what had been represented when I arrived to purchase. I bought a 2013 BMW M5 from Cotroneo Auto Group. I contacted the dealership to advise them of two cars I wanted to trade for the M5 the had available for sale and they promptly gave me valuation ranges that were very fair. 100%...I bought a slightly used, customized 2015 Jeep from CAG. This was my first internet auto purchase, as well as the first time I've purchased an auto out of state. The vehicle was exactly as described, and if anything looked better than the pictures. The price was fair, and there were no hidden costs. The whole process was seamless, with excellent communication from CAG each step of the way. I would recommend the CAG auto group without reservation.
