LOVE this place! It's a cute little shop ran by two poodles and the nicest family. They are super knowledgeable and very helpful (the family, not the poodles.) I will definitely go back anytime I need jewelry. (and yes.... it is a need, not a want.)

I found the gals at Cotati Jewelers to be friendly and knowledgeable while I was trying to decide how to handle an inherited ring with a lot of sentimental value to me. It was the ring that my dad proposed to my mom with, but when they divorced, it was returned to my grandmother as it was originally my great grandmother's. I wanted to restore it to the original beauty with a diamond as it had been replaced with a cz over the years. I have had several watch batteries put in here and some minor jewelry repair. The staff has always been polite and batteries are installed while you wait for under $10. Always have had great service there.
