We were playing phone tag with other plumbers for months before we tried Cota & Cota. We weren't receiving oil service from them, but they agreed to sign us up for plumbing contracts. I'm so happy they did. What happened next has been a nightmare scenario of plumbing problems. We have acidic well water and 30-40 year old copper piping. First time ever setting up and account so I was a little confused as to what I was doing but Katie S. helped every step of the way. She was kind, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. People like Katie make me extremely excited to do business with such a company. Her customer service is incredible and I wish more customer service workers took a page from her book!

Had my heating system cleaned and serviced today ... for its annual check-up The team who came to my home were knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns ... fabulous high quality customer service. They were clean and neat and well prepared. Very impressed with these two gentlemen ... really appreciate their attention to my needs. They treated their work as if they were taking care of their own home! First rate workmanship!

Your on call tech Jake responded promptly to an emergency service call. He was polite professional and courteous. Good employees are hard to find these days it was a pleasure to have in my home I hope he's well taken care of

They are always prompt and super nice. Been a customer for years. I recently called because I had a plumbing issue, I talked to them and they said they were extremely busy, I understood and said I was going to try to find another company. The next morning Cota&Cota called me back to make sure that I was able to find someone who could help. I was left feeling like they cared. I will continue to be a customer for many more years, I'm sure. Thanks team cota&cota
