Very professional, passionate and knowledgeable people.
I've dealt with the previous and the new owner and have to say that the new owner is great and I highly recommend her for any types of work. Hot tub and spa covers, Pool covers, Sail shade covers and their quality of workmanship is exceptional.

We bought a spa cover here 4 years ago, with a 5 year warranty. The cover has started cracking at the edges. The owner will do nothing to help us out with this. He states it's normal wearing. I would not recommend buying a spa cover from cot spa covers.
A total ripp off So I order a 82" x 82" square corner charcoal cover drive two hours to pickup on day was promised to be done to find out not done not even close he offers me a little thicker cover for same price but wrong color I accept cover was marked 82x82 so get it home and it is 82x80 and wrong corners call him he says sorry I ask for help as in discount to come get right one he says sorry I have to eat his mistake. THE WORST All I can say is stay away from this guy he has no idea what customer service is
poor customer service!!!!!!! I took a tent bag in for repair two weeks ago.They told me it would be ready on Saturday of the same week and they would call me.No call! returned on Monday to find out the lady did't show up on Friday to do the repair.following Monday the same excuse,waited another week and it still wasn't done.If your not going to do the job then don't take it in and make promises that you can not or will not keep.
