Where to start. I just purchased a home and Harvey and his crew were hired to do an entire AC service at the home before I closed on the house as during the initial home inspection the AC unit kept cutting off. Very disappointed the seller of the home hired Harvey and his team. I got an invoice saying that they cleared the drain line from the unit as that was the reason the unit was cutting itself off.
