On September 18, 2023 water was found damaging my property from a leaking water heater from the upstairs unit. On Tuesday 09/18/23 reached out to Costello management company who is representing the upstairs unit. <p>The tenant is not happy they have to pay $100 towards the service call if we call another vendor out. The owner has had Repo Renovators out there and they adjusted the door and put new weather stripping on the door. I am at the mercy of the owner if they do not want to do more improvements for a tenant. Not all owners are like this one but I can not change the owners mind. I have tried.</p> <p></p>
