Rented from them for years and they did not fix anything and would say wait until it gets worse. when a complaint was made in stead of doing something they would make sure to let people know who was complaining regardless if it put someone in danger. Laundry machines never got fixed. entry doors broken all the time. squatters living in apartments. was told as long as they are not too loud just let them be.
