I just moved out I lived there for 4 years and when I moved it the place was not very clean I could tell that the person who lived there b4 me was not very clean but I cleaned it up really nice and always kept it really nice and I just got my deposit letter in the mail I paid at the time of moving in 400.00 I expect them to clean the carpets and I did have 2 rungs in the spare bedroom blinds that would need replacing but that was it even the maintenance guy told me my place is left really nice and in the letter they sent to ... read more

RUN. They change the rules as they go and are unethical and appauling.
