Excellent rental company. We have enjoyed our time with them immensely. Efficient, professional, and kind. Great for pet owners or those moving to Pittsburgh from out of town (we relocated during the pandemic.)
Having John Costello as a landlord has changed my view on how a rental property can and should be managed. The company's portal is simple and easy to use and they are always a message or phone call away. Maintenance issues were taken seriously and resolved quickly. Excellent apartment and very quick responses to any issue that came up!
I rented from John for the last three years. The only reason I left was that I moved out of the area and they don't have housing in Moon. Moving in, I honestly thought this was a company that won't do much. I was wrong. Costello Management was on top of every request I had. They have a portal that you can put your request in and within a day they would respond or if you needed maintenance they had people there quickly. All four years renting with Costello Management in Pittsburgh was nothing but fantastic. All staff were very pleasant and professional, managing requests and payments was easy and straightforward, and the properties were also well maintained. Maintenance requests were also quickly answered and properly resolved. I rented with them for four years at two different properties and they were always very accommodating with move-in and move-out plans.
