Dr. John J. Costello Jr. did it again! Got my second eye surgery with cataract removal and a multifocal lense replacement. He did my first eye a few weeks before and I had no fear or anxiety of his doing my second eye. Love his sense of humor and personable personality. John Costello, Jr., DO performed cataract surgery on my right eye at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, NY on August 9th, 2018. He next performed cataract surgery on my left eye on August 14th, 2018 at the Griffins Surgery Center in Rome, NY (of which he is a part owner).
