Came in to buy a ring w my wife, tag price was $5350 and gentleman offered $4850 all in price I countered $4500 and he said the owner doesn’t want to sell it and $4850 price is no longer valid and today’s price is 30% higher. How does it make any sense. I felt kinda cheated. Not coming back
Came in with a broken chain clasp on short notice and they were very helpful and fixed it right away
