I had my engagement ring resized here previously, and more recently I had my setting fixed for my main stone. The work to repair was fine, but when I dropped off my ring and picked it up I was treated pretty coldly by the staff. No warm greeting, no small talk, no thank you for choosing us. I even asked questions about other jewelry in the store and was looking around and no one asked if the could help me or showed any indication they wanted to help me look at inventory. Honestly at face value I had high hopes to buy a wedding ring here. But with only a few thousand dollars to spend the experience felt more like buying a hamburger than an investment. Chose to go a different route.
Jennifer Fowlkes was amazing to work with!! I inquired about getting a watch band changed. Jennifer was so approachable and happy to take care of me right away. I had a great conversation with her while she taught me how to change the bands, moving forward. Great customer service!!
