Went in for a 10AM appointment that was made a year ago at my last appointment, to hear the doctor I was seeing retired at Thanksgiving. My appointment was 3 weeks later. Now, this is in December, sketchy weather and they wait until you come in for appointment to let you know the doctor retired 3 1/2 weeks earlier. No phone call, no letter letting you know so you can reschedule. I waited 8 months for an appointment, only to be told the automated system “cancelled” my appointment when I arrived there. I never received a call about a cancellation. Stay away from this business, waste of time.
Used to attend until one of their staff just got arrested for forging a doctor’s note. If they do that, cant imagine how they handle your records! Good thing I cancelled my appointments a long time ago because I won’t be going back! Super sketchy.
Staff and Dr's. Especially nice. Very thorough. Good experience. Very comfortable through surgery. Results really surprised me. Thank you for giving me great sight back.
