Dr. Costello is the best ever (only reason I stay in N.Y.). Very pleasant and professional. The staff makes me also look forward to my appts. Love the staff. I have been going there for 20 years and have never had a bad experience.
Dr. Costello Jr. Was meticulous and informative when describing surgery. He answered all questions and surgery was carefully performed with attention to details such as having a clean environment! I am glad I followed through with him!
Docs great, however changed appointments not notified wait time last visit over 2 hrs. Staff needed that know what they r doing. I understand COVID messed up business all genres. However don't overbook when u know patient must wait. Any longer than 20 mins unexceptabe. Yet well over 2 hrs and said we have 2 charts one says you can't see out of right eye??. What...never said that Sad state of affairs
I went to John Castello with little hope in August of 2018, I have major scarring from Childhood incidents and wore glasses since 3, , I slept with my glasses . He said he couldn't garentee 2020 but it'll be alot better than what I had and I wouldneed readers becauseof the damage to my right eye. John took a long time on my right eye, he gave it all he had, That was 5 years ago, I still see Very well long distance but my close up is starting to get blurry, He gave me sight when I thought there was no hope, I am impressed
I went to Dr. John Costello for a Lasix consult, he stated that I wasn't a candidate but, he asked me what I wanted and I stated not to wear glasses anymore. Through lens extraction I am able to see even better. Thank you and my experience was beyond pleasant.
