I can’t say enough good things about this roofing team. Todd, the owner, came out in person, sat down with us, inspected the roof, and clearly explained all our roofing options. We never felt any sales pressure, just honest guidance and respectful service. When our insurance claim became confusing, Todd went the extra mile to help us through the process so we could move forward with the roof replacement without delays. They were also able to provide the shingle style and color we wanted, while other roofers we contacted coul... read more
Pedro was a huge help. I called for a second opinion after feeling rushed into signing with another roofer and worrying the price was too high. I had a short window to make a decision, and Pedro came out fast to inspect the roof, explain the scope of work, and give me a clear quote so I could compare my options with confidence. Each crew showed up on schedule, handled their part of the job efficiently, and did a thorough cleanup before leaving. Eduardo was outstanding to work with, kept us updated throughout the project, shared progress photos, and was always easy to reach when we had questions. We felt involved during the entire... read more

Bryan kept us updated before, during, and after the project, and shared photos from each stage so we always knew how the roofing work was going. He really stayed involved and made sure everything moved along the right way. Kudos to Eduardo and the crew for showing up early each morning, ready to work hard. They were professional, respectful of our property, and paid close attention to the details. The cleanup was outstanding, and when they finishe... read more
I’m in Mission Viejo, and my brother-in-law there had a roof leak around a vent pipe boot that caused water to drip through the bathroom ceiling. I contacted Onyx Roofing Co., and bryan responded quickly, provided an estimate, and sealed the damaged flashing with caulking as a temporary fix until the full roofing repair could be completed in safer weather. My brother-in-law has autism, so too much noise and too many people can make him very anxious. bryan and the crew were very thoughtful and worked hard to keep things calm ... read more
