Their prescription pickup experience is still the worst I've ever experienced. Long lines always, at most 1 person helping customers pick people up, and inevitably you have to go to the next window after pick up to be told how to use it (not Costco's fault there though). But PLEASE staff the pickup counter better

Not the biggest Costco but it works
The pharmacy and the process here is poor. I've stopped using them for my personal prescriptions , but I have a couple of pet scripts that have the best price . If the script expires, it goes into a dead zone...they don't call the prescriber to get a renewal. Frustrating.....
