I normally love Costco but I can not stand this one. Costco prides itself in customer service, but not at this location. I am still waiting for them to resolve an issue with my executive membership and they just don't seem to care. I have never felt so devalued by a corporation as I do by the treatment I received at this Costco. Do yourself a favor and drive up to Salem and go to the Costco there.
Okay seriously where are the philly cheese steak sandwiches. Went today and they don't sell them anymore. Disappointed
