I LOVE that store!! The people are so HELPFUL as I am Disabled. Without asking for help the people who work outside are ALWAYS, (& I am not exaggerating), there to help me.!!! My ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE LOCATION OF RESTROOMS!!! I will FOREVER LOVE COSTCO!!😉😍
Great store. Thanks to the staff in the computer department ! But....YOU GOT RID OF CHOCOLATE FROZEN YOGURT.....ARE YOU INSANE !?! Bring back the Chocolate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had the sweetest experience at the Albany Costco. While we do like Costco and find employees to always be very friendly and helpful, yesterday was a cut above. As we were headed out waiting for our receipt to be checked, Will, your employee, was wearing a necklace that looked just like Maui's hook from Moana. I looked at my daughter and showed her and he smiled said one minute and checked off a couple other customers and then took off his necklace and put it on my daughter. My dad went to replace his Michelin tires. They wore through at 20,000 miles. He has a handicapped accessible van for my mom and was clear with the salespeople when he got the tires. They refused to take them back under warranty, blaming excess weight of the vehicle (due to the ramp). My dad had to go buy a new set at Begg’s. Very disappointed in the tire center and their unwillingness to work with my dad.
