There is lousy customer service at Costco Albany; Oregon, there is an employee named Deb; They must verify the type of staff that is placed in front of the boxes as they have no idea how to pass a payment card or attention to serve the customer !!!!!!!

Wont be shopping in Costco anymore. My mother and I were treated like we didnt belong there, and at one point while we were standing waiting for pizza, an employee walked up and informed us we needed to pull or mask up over our noses. My mom(who has a medical condition and shouldn't even have one on who is trying to comply with the mask wearing) was just trying to get some fresh air. but what makes mad the most is the employee was extremely rude and informed us if we didnt she was going to have to come and disinfect I guess ... read more
