Just stood 15 minutes waiting on service to puhchase tires the guy mopping the floor even went and told them I was waiting... Buying my tires somewhere else !!!!!!!

Just wondering. Yesterday I was at Costco in Winchester, VA. When I got out of the car there was a Costco employee rounding up the shopping carts and there was a little older lady who had just emptied her cart and she asked him if he would take her cart. He said rather rudely "Not allowed" and kept walking with his carts. She just stopped and looked at me as if she couldn't believe what he had just said. I had never been treated so badly by a customer service rep. Anywhere than my dad and I were treated today. But management did a great job in handling this. Still upset though.
