RecommendedWe had a benefit for a small 4 year old girl who has life threatening illness,and I called Costco for donations for our event. Costco was very generous with donated items. I wish to personally thank Costco for their donation,they didn't hesitate when asked.

Every time I go to Costco they always ask if I want to box . Listen I am only there for the free samples and groceries . If y’all keep coming at me I going to let y’all get these hands ���.

I am a big fan of Costco! I have been a member for several years. I make the trip into Winchester every other week, and Costco is the reason. I have only one complaint. Please bring back the original Mocha Freeze! I would get one at every visit, but no longer. I have tried the ‘new’ one, and I don’t like it at all. Not to mention it has doubled in price. Mind you, I wouldn’t mind paying, but it’s not worth it. I will have to go to Sheetz from now on for their F’Real coffee frappe. It’s the same price, but it tastes better.
So I have been a customer at Costco since 1999 and the past few visits to the return desk have been the worst in all of my years coming into the store. I am just so disappointed in the customer service and it really has me upset. I have never had such a time in returning items that I purchased in all of the almost 20 years that I have been shopping there.
