I tried calling to find out covid 19 hr. Referred me to the web site. Checked the hrs 3 different times before I went. Said opened at 9. I got there at 8 to be in line first. So that I could get in and out before it got busy. At 830. They started taking in 60 and older. Said only 60+ until 930. I questioned this. Not on web site. By 915 there were already 150 ppl in the store. With 15 min to go and a line down the side of the building and into the parking lot. I asked how many ppl will be allowed in. I was told 300. Bad customer service . Employees treated me as a criminal because I had a MasterCard cc and no Visa , I did not see any sign that says that Costco ONLY accepts Visa, and even if it says they could advise me in a nicer way. The lady who was checking me out , was rude telling me she did not understand me (because I have an accent) . No need to be rude with people !

RecommendedI love the senior hours I know they are going to be reduced, but they will still keep early shopping 2 days a week. Costco is great. However, this morning one employee (without a mask over her face...she had one on but it was under her chin) was laughing it up with another employee as they walked very close to me. We have to wear masks, but the employees don't? ??? Otherwise, I like that many of the heretofore items that were scarce are back in stock. Yea, Costco!
The place is supposed to ask for social distance and it’s packed.
