The optical centre is decent service with some good options, but has low quality lenses that scratch up fast even with the scratch coating. Barely lasted 1 1/2 years. With good care taken. The eye exam place is far worse. The receptionist is so rude and arrogant she’s far far better than you are everyday. I think she’s a European princess here against her will and forced to deal with us heathens at the end of the earth whom she feels obliged sneer at. I had a very disappointing experience at Costco Optical, mainly because of an employee named Tammy. She was rude, dismissive, and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful, and this was the opposite of that. Because of how I was treated, I won’t be returning to this location. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone come here or interact with Tammy.

Costco Optical - Carissa I wanted to choose a frame for my eyeglasses, and Carissa was the one who recommended a great quality frame that suited me well. She listened to the descriptions I gave her and, based on that, suggested a frame that was much better than the one I had initially chosen for myself. I found her to be very courteous, pleasant, professional, and friendly. Carissa, thank you! Also, thanks to Costco for encouraging good customer service
