She got her glasses from Costco Optical and she is very satisfied! The staff was helpful, the process was smooth, and the quality is great for the price. Highly recommend! Working is so much easier now that she can actually see up close!

They do have a great collections of glasses different brands and quality and prices and very friendly people
Unprofessional service by a rep at Costco opticals
I have [had] been a customer of Costco for over 20 years, this particular vision center for half of that. Today, I experienced the worst customer service ever. Definitely unexpected and truly shocking. As a result, I abandoned my cart with ~$400 of merchandise and canceled my executive membership on the way out the door. Not the Costco service I expected; perhaps it's unique to this location.
