Great Service and price
They do have a great collections of glasses different brands and quality and prices and very friendly people
Unprofessional service by a rep at Costco opticals
I have [had] been a customer of Costco for over 20 years, this particular vision center for half of that. Today, I experienced the worst customer service ever. Definitely unexpected and truly shocking. As a result, I abandoned my cart with ~$400 of merchandise and canceled my executive membership on the way out the door. Not the Costco service I expected; perhaps it's unique to this location.
