I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sonia, the Optical Department Manager. I came in calmly and respectfully asking to exchange two pairs of glasses, one was uncomfortably heavy, and the other continued sliding despite having been adjusted multiple times at this location. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, Sonia was unnecessarily hostile, dismissive, and condescending. First time using Costco Optical, such a treat! Despite how hectic and busy they were, I was still greeted so warmly when it was my turn. Matthew was kind, cheerful and very helpful. He walked me through the whole process step by step. The process was so quick and simple. I have what most optical store call difficult, and usually wait weeks for my glasses. I went in Wednesday, the 12th of August and just received a text stating my glasses are ready! Absolutely agog!!! Highly recommended to everyone!

Very friendly staff. Good customer service. Answered all my questions. The people who rate it lower are silly at best
After speaking to them three times on the phone and one time personally, and I asked all the questions I brought my frames for a prescription and they refused to do it. Oh, it’s a designer frame .!?!? So I guess they’re not Confident enough to install lenses on a designer frame they need to do with A cheap manufacturer or frame.!!!!!! I’m very disappointed!
