Had a really frustrating experience at Costco Vision Center in Northridge. I went there just for a simple DMV eye checkup and to get my DMV form filled. The doctor didn’t even complete the entire form properly ,only filled in half the details. Because of that, I had to come back again, which ended up costing me a lot of time and hassle. I went to adjust my glasses frame, since it kept sliding down. I wasn't even sure whether it's even bendable, but Alfredo went way beyond my expectation and made a world of difference. Now the frame sits very snuggly around my head and it doesn't move at all.
I’ve gotta say, the team at Costco Optical is awesome! They’re always super helpful and patient, no matter how busy it gets. Every time I go in, they take the time to explain my options and make sure I find the right frames and lenses. You can tell they really care about their customers — it’s not just about selling glasses, it’s about making sure you leave happy. Love their service and positive attitude every single time! I got lenses this winter at Costco, I have been with them for many years, this time I got glasses very big and I did not get help when I was selecting my glasses. I'm not satisfied with what I got, the lady at the counter was able to help but didn't expect the time need it with me. Also, I don't feel the prescription right, I don't feel my vision even.
