If you’re in a hurry don’t come to a Costco vision center. The opticians are always very nice but there is never enough employees, so you can always expect a long wait. Don’t shop first as you’re frozen will defrost by the time it’s your turn
Great service. Bought my contacts and eye glasses. I was only going to get 1 pair of glasses, but Alfredo who was helping me told me if I get a second pair I get $50 off. I ended up getting a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. So happy with my decision. Alfredo also fixed my non prescription sunglasses that broke. The screws had fallen out and he fixed for no charge. Highly recommend

Extremely slow service. Waited over 2 hours jst to get to my number (when I arrived they were on number 6, I got number 26.) And for the record many other customers left so in those 2 hrs they helped about 5/6 customers.
