7/6/2026 - Once again, I came here for a new pair of glass because most frames are at $69.99 with an excellent customer service. Thank Franklin for your knowledgeable and super advices and service to get my new pair of glass today! It is worth mentioning that all Costco Optical Departments now lead the nation to start using a QR code for check-in beginning two months ago.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the Northridge location. Last time I bought from the Simi Valley location and they didn't even want to fit my glasses to my face after I bought them! The girl helping here last week even fixed those glasses without me asking. She was awesome.
Had a really frustrating experience at Costco Vision Center in Northridge. I went there just for a simple DMV eye checkup and to get my DMV form filled. The doctor didn’t even complete the entire form properly ,only filled in half the details. Because of that, I had to come back again, which ended up costing me a lot of time and hassle.
