Sales lady was rude and condescending. No empathy at all. Her attitude was accept what I say or leave. So we did leave. I will never forget.
They have 3 people “working” but only 1 person is helping customers, causing an unnecessarily long wait because 2 people just stand around doing NOTHING
The best service! I got a contact lens prescription, several brand options to try out, and a tutorial on how to put them in and take them out—all delivered in an incredibly friendly manner!
I went to Costco today to order contact lenses through my insurance, and Lizette was incredibly helpful. She found all my insurance information quickly and made the whole ordering process easy and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. Excellent customer service thank you, Lizette

The doctor we met named Dr. Nishimura is incredibly personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nishimura takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all your questions, and genuinely cares about his patients.
