There is no customer service when calling. Staff sound upset and like they are doing you a favor instead of them doing their job they are hired to do. Instead of asking questions or hearing you they transfer you when one is still talking!
Very disappointed with the service at Costco Optical. The employees, especially Celica, demonstrated complete incompetence and a lack of understanding of Costco’s policies. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Our family has decided to cancel our Costco membership after this experience.
Employee is horrible and giving attitude
Just called to get a pair of glasses that I get every time I lose a pair, they absolutely refuse to give me unless I get a re exam. I know what I need and they are being rude about it and not selling me a pair when they already know my size
