Brooke was extremely rude and condescending.
We were there for an exchange, Brooke the department manager as always was very welcoming and she took a great care of us. Also I'd like to thank Sasha, at the sunglasses section for taking her time to provide feedback about the sunglasses
Lizeth helped me choose the right size for my glasses and explained the difference between the type of lenses and frames I wanted. Very professional and friendly.
There is no customer service when calling. Staff sound upset and like they are doing you a favor instead of them doing their job they are hired to do. Instead of asking questions or hearing you they transfer you when one is still talking!
Very disappointed with the service at Costco Optical. The employees, especially Celica, demonstrated complete incompetence and a lack of understanding of Costco’s policies. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Our family has decided to cancel our Costco membership after this experience.
