Tire Center Manager Rob, a ~35 year Costco employee, was PERFECT. I came in with a problem, he helped calm me down and the Costco team fixed my tire before closing. What a great company! I am so proud to own a few shares of Costco stock in my mini-401K. -Dave
They fix non-Costco tires for only $15! Great fast service. Tire is holding up well.
Costco doesn't honor tire warranties anymore. I bought Firehawks with 50k tread warranty and they wore down to 2 to 3 32nds in just 18k miles. Took it to multiple Costco centers and they all basically came up with excuses for why the warranty was voided including a slight difference in wear tread. Even for the tires which wore completely evenly they required receipts of alignment, rotations and will only replace tires individually once they are completely unsafe at 2/32.
