I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Costco Tire Center in Westlake. While the staff was friendly, the actual service was unacceptable. My car was returned with visible wheel damage that was absolutely not present before Costco took possession of the vehicle. On top of that, the team stripped one of my lug bolts, admitted it, but falsely claimed it was “seized” rather than acknowledging it was caused by using the wrong socket. Cannot get tire service almost every time. Either tires not stocked or not available at all or staff finding all kinds of excuses not to do the work needed. Complaining does nothing. Managers are changed but nothing gets better. They do not even bother to staff the front desk. You just wait and wait and then service refusal.

We came in the last minute hoping they will be able to help us with a flat tire and they took us in right away and help us out! Jordan was so friendly and Luis was so fast! I wish I know the name of one of the Costco workers that was passing by and went to ask the guys at the tire shop if they can help us out. Thank you so much!

This place has the absolute WORST service I have ever had at any place I’ve ever been. First off, I’ve had to bring my car back THREE TIMES because they either will not or cannot fix the two BRAND NEW tires I’ve purchased. Each time, there’s been a massive wait despite having an appointment. The third time, however, I arrived 20 minutes late (my fault, but I did call to explain).
