Everytime I come it’s the same lady (Veronica) at the front and she doesn’t care that there is a long line and people are here for their appointments and takes her sweet time. There could be 1 person ahead of you and you wait 20-30 minutes to check in your vehicle.
No complaints whatsoever! The lady at the reception was friendly, in and out 30 mins for Winter Tire Change.
Go to Waterloo location or literally anywhere else. We booked the appointment a month in advance bought 4 Michelin X-Ice and Snow tires and 4 TPMS sensors. The day of the appointment they said they didn't have the TPMS sensors and it didn't matter that a note specifying TPMS was added it to the notes a month prior. 2 weeks have passed and now the weights that keep the wheel and tire balanced have begun falling off and now the car is not drivable at any speed above 80 km/h because of the horrible vibration.
